FEES

We are working with most major insurance companies at present. If we are part of your network, we have agreed upon contracted rates.

We will be happy to contact your insurance company; and subsiquantly share with you, your insured benefits and remaining personal financial responsibilities.

Fees are due at the time of service but arrangements can be made for the office to bill the insurance company and the client only has to pay applicable co-payments and/or deductibles.
